Installing a TV mount, instructions say wood studs need to be 2x4. But I have drywall over concrete, so the studs are really thin. Is there anything I can do?

Quick back story, this is a house where the first floor is CBS concrete (because Florida). The interior walls all have metal studs, but the exterior walls have some kind of thin wood studs. Basically from what I can tell, it's drywall, insulation, then concrete. The "studs", if that's what they are, are only like an inch deep. They are also 24 inches apart instead of the usual 16. I had to use a drill to poke holes to locate them.

Could I mount this directly into the concrete somehow? The problem is there's like 2-3 inches of empty space between the drywall and concrete wall.
